Morrey Nissan of Burnaby ("Morrey", "we") is committed to protecting the privacy of every person who uses this website. This page describes what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA + BC PIPA).

What we collect

The minimum required to do what you ask us to do. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and a stable identifier. When you submit a lead (trade valuation, pre-qual, test drive), you give us your phone, address, and the deal context. When you browse, we collect standard analytics — pages visited, vehicle interest, device type — to make the site work better.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries (book a test drive, return a trade offer, etc.).
• To save vehicles to your garage and remember your preferences across visits.
• To send the communications you opted into (and nothing else).
• To improve the site through aggregate analytics.

Who we share with

OEM partners (Nissan Canada) when you opt into manufacturer rebates, our credit bureau partner if you start a pre-qualification, and standard infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics). We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request a correction, or request deletion at any time. Contact us via the contact page and we'll act within 30 days.
