Do I have to buy a vehicle from you to trade?
No. We'll buy your vehicle outright at the same number we'd trade it for. No bundled-deal trickery.
How is my vehicle's value calculated?
Black Book wholesale + condition + local-market adjustment. We show our work — every offer comes with the breakdown.
How long is the offer valid?
7 days from issuance. If pricing moves materially in that window, we honour the original number.
What if I still owe money on my vehicle?
We'll pay off the lien directly with your lender. If our valuation exceeds the payoff, you get the difference; if it doesn't, you roll the remainder into your next vehicle financing or pay it down at trade.
Will my offer change at the appointment?
Only if the condition is materially different from what you described online. We disclose the recalibration on the spot with the same Black Book + condition breakdown.
What documents do I need to bring?
Vehicle registration, valid government ID, and the second set of keys (if you have them). For leased vehicles, the lease agreement.
